Are you looking to get back into netball for fitness, fun or even competition?
Back to Netball is a scheme aimed at women, aged 16 years and older, who have stopped playing and competing in netball for a variety of reasons. These can include a lack of time due to other commitments such as family and work life, or a lack of opportunity outside the club environment to play netball after having left school.
All sessions are taken by qualified coaches and the emphasis is on providing a fun and friendly environment, in which women can play an hour or so of netball every week and offer a flexible ‘pay and play’ basis, meaning women can attend the sessions when they are able to.
Our Back to Netball sessions are a great way to keep fit, burn up to 458 calories, learn new skills and as Netball is a team game, there is always a real social element to the sessions.
