Netball West Midlands

The Fiat Netball Superleague is a high level competition played nationally between December and May and is made up of the top 9 teams in England, Scotland and Wales. The nine teams compete against each other twice during the season and finish with two playoff weekends to decide the Grand Final competing teams. Shown weekly on Sky Sports the league is the pinnacle of Netball in the UK.

Netball West Midlands don’t currently have a Superleague franchise based in the region however we do host games for neighboroughing regions such as Lougborough Lightning.

England Netball is the national governing body for Netball in England and is the overarching body for the success of the Netball Superleague. This year the local franchise launches are part of a fundamental strategy to promote and raise awareness of the Superleague competition and netball as a whole.
